The Michelin Guide For NYC Announces Award Winners For This Year

What the hell does a tire company have to do with the restaurants of New York City? Appearently they put out a restaurant guide, kind of like Zagat, that tells you where to eat and I guess it's pretty prestigious. The guide has just awarded 21 New York eateries with the moniker 'Bib Gourmand' which signifies that the restaurants serve two courses and a glass of wine for $40 bucks.
