Steamed Pork Buns come in many shapes and sizes. My two faves are Steamed BBQ Pork Buns at Dim Sum (So yummy,) and the pastry version that I get at Tai Pan Bakery on Canal Street. However I am always on the lookout for new and exciting things, so when I came across this article from NY Mag I got very excited. Now I have a whole bunch more places on my 'must-eat' list.
